As a wintersports beginner, I had an amazing experience shopping from SW SKI during the ski season. A wonderful independent ski shop. The products are mid-high end, but all excellent quality and we did not feel under any pressure to buy the most expensive items. The customer service was superb and Sophie really went out of her way to make sure that we got exactly what we needed. It was our first visit at the weekend, it certainly won't be our last!
SW Ski were very helpful in getting my order to me as quickly as possible. When they didn’t have an item in stock they took the time to ring and left a message so I could call back. All the things I ordered were brilliant quality, my two little boys (3.5yrs + 10mths) were very happy with their socks/sunglasses and we hope to be back for more to ski next year! Thank you!
